Build the system
that stops retail loss.

Retail loses hundreds of billions every year and almost none of it is attributable. We are a small team between Washington and Tel Aviv building the intelligence layer that finally makes it measurable, and stoppable.

Inside a modern retail store

We hire high-ownership builders and operators who care more about stopping real loss than titles, theory, or comfort, and who thrive working next to retailers to solve hard problems end to end.

Our mission

Make every dollar of loss
visible, attributable, preventable.

Retailers have been asked to absorb what they cannot see for decades. We think that is a solvable problem, and that solving it properly means never pointing at a person when the honest answer is a product, a process, or a gap in the system.

What we believe

Six things we
hold to.

These are not posters. They are the questions we ask in reviews, the reasons we have turned work down, and what we promote against.

Our entire product is a claim about money. When a pilot underperforms, we say so first, out loud, before the customer finds it. Trust compounds more slowly than revenue and is worth considerably more.
The people closest to loss are usually the first to be blamed for it. We build so a finding lands on a pattern, a process, a product. How someone is treated when the system raises a flag matters as much as whether the flag was right.
Spend the day on the dock. Stand at the self checkout. Watch the fraud queue at 4pm on a Friday. Almost everything good we have shipped came from watching someone do their job, not from a roadmap.
You will not hand your work to someone else to finish. You own the signal, the model, the agent, and the outcome the customer feels on their P&L. Small team, whole problems, real consequences.
Retail loses money every hour we deliberate, so we work in short cycles. But we never confuse speed with haste. In this domain, careless work can cost somebody their job.
Colleagues, customers, and the candidate who did not get the offer. Teach generously, give the feedback you would want to receive, and answer the email.

We do not have any open positions right now.

That changes often, and we always read a good introduction. If you recognize yourself in what you have read on this page, tell us what you would want to own and we will keep it on file.
